Placing an order
Building your order
Tap an item to add it. If it has variants, you’ll choose those first; otherwise it’s added straight away. Everything you’ve added shows in a running list alongside the menu, with a live total.
You can add items from any category before submitting, there’s no need to place separate orders per category.
Submitting
When you’re ready, tap Order. That sends everything in your current list to the kitchen in one go. If this is the first order at your table, it also starts your table’s shared tab, see Sharing a tab if others join you later.
You can place additional orders later in the visit the same way, each one added to the same tab.
Tracking your order
Once submitted, your order’s status updates on its own, no refreshing needed. You’ll see it move from placed, to in process, to delivered, as the kitchen and your waiter work through it. If an item can’t be made, staff can cancel that order and you’ll see the change reflected immediately.
If you added something you didn’t mean to
Once an order is submitted it’s already on its way to the kitchen. Flag your waiter directly for changes or cancellations after that point, there’s no self-service undo.
