Requesting a waiter

Need something that isn’t an order, a question, a spill, anything? There’s a dedicated way to flag it.

Sending the request

Tap the waiter/help option in the menu. Your table is immediately marked as needing attention on staff’s side, and someone will come over. You don’t need to explain what you need until they arrive.

Cancelling a request

If you no longer need help, either because someone already came over or you sorted it out yourself, you can cancel the request from the same screen. This clears the flag on staff’s side right away, so nobody makes an unnecessary trip.

What staff see

Your table shows as needing help on the restaurant’s dashboard the moment you send the request, and stays that way until a staff member marks it handled or you cancel it yourself.
