Getting Started
When you sit down at a Mozo-powered restaurant table, you’ll see a QR code. Scan it with your phone’s camera — no app download needed.
Scanning the QR Code
- Open your phone’s camera app
- Point it at the QR code on the table
- Tap the notification that appears
- You’ll be taken to the ordering page
Tip: For the best experience, use the Mozo app — it remembers your preferences and speeds up future visits.
Creating an Account
- Tap Create an Account on the landing page
- Enter your email address and choose a password
- Verify your email (check your inbox for a confirmation link)
- You’re ready to order
Having an account lets you:
- Save favorite orders
- See your order history
- Order faster on return visits
Placing an Order
- Browse the menu categories
- Tap items to add them to your order
- Customize items where available
- Review your order and tap Place Order
Your order is sent directly to the kitchen. The waiter can also see it on their tablet.
Paying
- When you’re ready, tap Pay in the app
- Choose your payment method
- Confirm the amount
- You’ll receive a confirmation
Payment methods vary by restaurant. Most accept credit/debit cards and digital wallets.
