Getting Started

When you sit down at a Mozo-powered restaurant table, you’ll see a QR code. Scan it with your phone’s camera — no app download needed.

Scanning the QR Code

  1. Open your phone’s camera app
  2. Point it at the QR code on the table
  3. Tap the notification that appears
  4. You’ll be taken to the ordering page

Tip: For the best experience, use the Mozo app — it remembers your preferences and speeds up future visits.

Creating an Account

  1. Tap Create an Account on the landing page
  2. Enter your email address and choose a password
  3. Verify your email (check your inbox for a confirmation link)
  4. You’re ready to order

Having an account lets you:

Placing an Order

  1. Browse the menu categories
  2. Tap items to add them to your order
  3. Customize items where available
  4. Review your order and tap Place Order

Your order is sent directly to the kitchen. The waiter can also see it on their tablet.

Paying

  1. When you’re ready, tap Pay in the app
  2. Choose your payment method
  3. Confirm the amount
  4. You’ll receive a confirmation

Payment methods vary by restaurant. Most accept credit/debit cards and digital wallets.
