Schedule

Schedule is a shared calendar of shifts, with a different view depending on whether you’re a manager or regular staff.

For managers: building the schedule

The schedule is a full calendar you can work directly: drag to create a new shift, then assign it to an employee. Existing shifts can be dragged to a new time, resized to change their length, or clicked to edit or delete.

For staff: your own schedule

Regular staff see My schedule instead, a read-only view of just their own upcoming shifts, colored to match their profile so it’s easy to spot at a glance. There’s also a quick shift count visible from the regular Schedule screen linking through to this personal view.

Time zone

Your restaurant’s time zone is set once in Settings and applies across the whole schedule, so shift times shown always match local time regardless of where whoever’s viewing the schedule happens to be.
